John was very communicative and took the time to explain the process of selling my home to me. He got the photos up quickly, and the house sold very quickly. He always answered any questions I had, and responses were immediate. This home sale was very emotional for me, since I am a widow, and my late husband and I had always planned to live there. John was very sensitive to my situation and just made the process easier.

Since John and Barbara Gandolfo had done such an excellent job in 2019 selling my parents’ house, I naturally chose to sell my East Rockaway home in Dec 2020 that had been in my family for 60 years. They were so accommodating with showings despite the stresses of Covid and coordinating my hectic work schedule as a single owner. They helped make a bittersweet time go smoothly. I will also be using them at the end of this month to purchase my next home in Oceanside. I appreciate their knowledge and years of experience. Secretaries that helped coordinate showings were very helpful, polite and knowledgable. Totally pleased!
