We knew when we signed with John Gandolfo that we would be away on vacations for 3 weeks throughout the summer. We were very confident to allow John access to our home to conduct showings while we were away. The scheduling of the showings went smoothly. We were concerned that our hectic schedule would conflict with buyers’ availability, but John always made it work. It was our first time selling a home. John helped us through the process every step of the way. It took five months from start to finish, which worked out perfectly for us so that we could complete the renovations to our next home. John always quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. For example, he offered a quick resolution to handle the home inspection report, so that we could continue to move forward as quickly as possible. In conclusion, from signing on with Century 21 American Homes to the showings, to the home inspection, the walk through and the closing, we were very happy customers.
