John made it a virtual stress free experience Always addressed any concerns we had with the process of selling a house The Gandolfos really know the market for homes in Oceanside and know how to present the property in the best possible light. His photos that were included on line were of a professional quality that showed our house in the best possible way. In dealing with the seller's broker, he knew how to protect our interests and allay any concerns that the buyers may haver had about our house. The first people to see out house bought it so John truly delivered on his promise of "everything we touch turns to sold."

We contacted John and Barbra looking to sell our home and purchase a new one. They entire process was a pleasure. Not only where they very knowledgeable about the process they became our friends. I would recommend them to anybody looking buy or sell.

We were on a long journey to get to this point. We stopped looking after we got engaged. As soon as we were back from our homeymoon we really wanted to get serious and finally find our home. I am a runner and I would run through my neighborhood daily. I was very aware of which houses were for sale as well as those that sold quickly and those that sat on the market forever.
